Precisely Skin

Privacy policy

Effective 13 September 2026

What we collect

Participating clinics may record client contact details, intake answers, six face and neck photographs, assessment results, treatment plans, consent records and related order information. Consultant accounts also include identity, clinic, role and training information.

Why it is used

Information is used to support a consultant-led skin analysis, prepare and review reports, manage client history, fulfil authorised orders, protect the service and meet legal or clinical record-keeping duties. It is not used for client marketing without separate consent.

Access and disclosure

Access is limited by account role and clinic responsibility. Clients may receive a time-limited report link. Relevant information may be provided to Aliquot as the connected fulfilment service where needed for care or an order.

Storage and retention

Client photographs are held in private storage and viewing links expire. Administrators set the retention period according to applicable Australian clinical, privacy and business requirements. Expired client records can be previewed and permanently removed; a minimal audit record of the deletion is retained.

Consent and choices

The signed acknowledgement, date and version are stored with the assessment. A client may ask their clinic for access, correction, a new report link, or deletion where retention is not legally required.

Questions or concerns

Contact the clinic that conducted the assessment first. The clinic can identify the responsible practitioner and escalate privacy or security concerns to Precisely Skin.
