These terms are between you and us personally. They apply regardless of your Clinic, and regardless of which Distribution Partner supplies it.

1 · What the platform is

1.1 Precisely Skin is a cosmetic skin assessment tool used by trained practitioners in consultation with a client.

1.2 It captures six guided photographs and a structured intake, applies protocols written by clinicians, and proposes a skincare plan.

1.3 It does not diagnose. It does not identify, name or assess any disease, disorder or condition, and it is not a diagnostic device.

1.4 It does not perform skin cancer or mole checks. It does not examine lesions, moles or pigmented spots of any kind. Photographs are scored for skin condition only.

1.5 It is not a medical device and is not registered or listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.

1.6 Aliquot products are cosmetic formulations. They are not prescription medicines or compounded preparations.

2 · You make the treatment decision

2.1 Every output of the platform is a proposal. No plan is issued, shared, printed or acted on until you have reviewed and approved it.

2.2 You make the ultimate decision about what is recommended to your client. The platform does not make that decision, and nothing in its output displaces your professional judgement.

2.3 You may amend or decline any line of any proposal, for any reason, at any time. You may decline the entire proposal.

2.4 You must review each report against the client in front of you, including anything they have told you that the intake did not capture.

2.5 You may approve a report only for a consultation you personally conducted. You must not approve another practitioner's report, and no one may approve yours.

2.6 Your name appears on every report you approve. You are accountable for it.

2.7 Where the proposal and your judgement differ, your judgement governs. You may always make a plan more cautious. You must not make it less cautious than clause 3.

3 · Constraints you must not override

3.1 You must not supply or recommend any product against a contraindication identified in the assessment or disclosed to you in consultation.

3.2 You must apply the contraindication and referral rules taught in the Academy.

3.3 Lesions. Where you observe any lesion that is new, changing, asymmetric, irregularly bordered, colour-variegated, bleeding, itching, crusting or non-healing — or anything you are unsure about — you must: (a) refer the client to a medical practitioner; (b) not name, assess, estimate or offer reassurance about it; and (c) not supply or recommend any product onto it.

3.4 You must not represent that the platform has assessed, cleared or excluded any lesion, mole or skin cancer.

4 · Scope of practice

4.1 You must not diagnose, prescribe or treat any condition.

4.2 You must not state or imply that any product treats, cures, heals, prevents or repairs any disease or condition.

4.3 You must not describe any product as a prescription medicine, a compounded preparation, a therapeutic good, or as medical or pharmaceutical grade.

4.4 You must not use testimonials, reviews, endorsements or before-and-after imagery in advertising.

4.5 You must not advise a client to start, stop or change a prescribed medication.

4.6 You must work within your own qualification, registration and insurance, and comply with any professional obligations applying to you — including, where you are a registered health practitioner, the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law.

5 · Eligibility

5.1 Access is granted only after you have completed all 17 Academy courses and we have verified your certificates.

5.2 You must have signed the Scope and Claims Acknowledgement.

5.3 You must hold professional indemnity insurance appropriate to your occupation, or be covered under your Clinic's policy.

5.4 You must be engaged by a Clinic onboarded to the platform, and hold a written agreement with that Clinic.

5.5 You must tell us if any of 5.1 to 5.4 ceases to be true.

6 · Your account

6.1 Your login is personal to you. You must not share it, allow anyone else to use it, or use anyone else's.

6.2 Every report carries the name of the account that generated it. A shared login is a material breach and results in immediate suspension.

6.3 You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by anyone else.

6.4 We create, administer and may re-tag accounts. You may not create, transfer or reassign one.

7 · Client information

7.1 Client photographs, intake responses, reports and consent are confidential, held in private storage, and accessible only through short-lived signed links.

7.2 You must not capture client images on a personal device, share them, or discuss any identifiable client outside the platform.

7.3 Client records belong to your Clinic. Your access ends when your engagement with that Clinic ends; the records remain with the Clinic.

7.4 You must obtain the client's signed consent before any plan is issued.

7.5 You must comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in relation to client information you handle.

7.6 Client data requests — access, correction or deletion — are passed to your Clinic.

8 · Ordering

8.1 Orders may be placed only against a report you have reviewed and approved and the client has signed. No report ID, no order.

8.2 Products ship direct from the warehouse to the client, who pays the shipping fee.

8.3 You are not invoiced. Your Clinic is. If an invoice reaches you from us, tell your Clinic.

8.4 You may cancel or amend an order within 12 hours of placing it, or before dispatch, whichever comes first. After that the order stands.

8.5 Retail prices are set by whoever sells to the client. We publish a recommended retail price for guidance only, and nothing in these terms requires you or your Clinic to sell at or above any price.

9 · Reporting

9.1 Adverse reactions. You must report any adverse reaction to a product to the Aliquot Concierge — aliquotcompound@gmail.com — within 24 hours of becoming aware of it. Every one, including those that settle.

9.2 Platform faults. You must report any fault, failure or safety concern with the platform itself to the same address.

9.3 You must report any client complaint, regulatory contact or suspected breach of these terms.

9.4 Where a client requires urgent medical attention, that takes priority. Report afterwards, the same day.

10 · Suspension and termination

10.1 We may suspend your access immediately where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. This relationship is directly between you and us, regardless of your Clinic or its Distribution Partner.

10.2 Immediate suspension applies to: a shared login · a prohibited claim · a failure to refer under clause 3.3 · supply against a contraindication · any regulatory sanction involving you.

10.3 Suspension is not termination. Client records are retained and your Academy certificates are unaffected.

10.4 Your access ends when your engagement with your Clinic ends. Your Academy certificates remain yours.

11 · Limitations

11.1 The platform proposes; you decide. We are not liable for any recommendation you approve, any product you supply, or any advice you give.

11.2 Assessment outputs are indicative. They are not a clinical assessment and must not be presented to a client as one.

11.3 We provide the platform as is and do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

11.4 Nothing in these terms limits any right under the Australian Consumer Law.

11.5 These terms create no employment, agency or partnership relationship between you and us.

12 · General

12.1 We may amend these terms on notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. The version you accepted is recorded against your account.

12.2 Intellectual property in the platform, the protocols, the Academy content and the Aliquot marks remains ours.

12.3 Governing law: Queensland.
